This in-person event is tailored to leadership, HR, Business, Registration, Marketing or Communication staff in your school. We strongly encourage you to bring a team from your school as consideration and application of this material requires a multi factorial approach.
The event is open to staff only from CSA member schools.
Registration for the event includes catering and you will be given an opportunity to specify dietary requirements on registration.

Charlene Woodbine - Director Caris Consulting
Charlene is a legally trained HR practitioner with over 17 years experience in providing strategic advice on employee and industrial relations matters. She has worked across various industries across both state and federal jurisdictions. Charlene excels in; drafting HR policies and procedures that are aligned with organisational strategic goals, leading change management processes and building positive workplace culture by leading culture workshops.
Dr Darren Iselin - Director of Research and Innovation, CSA
Darren has over 3 decades leadership experience within Christian education in both Australian & International contexts and has served in a wide range of CEO/executive and senior leadership roles within both K-12 schooling and higher education sectors. He is currently Director of Research and Innovation with Christian Schools Australia (CSA) and is the Australian Project Coordinator for the Student Flourishing in Australian Christian Schools Research Project with researchers from the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard and Research Schools International. Darren was also the coordinator for the landmark Cardus Education Survey Australia Project.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Event Organiser. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued after 5 days out from the event. Any cancellations made after this date will be charged the full registration fee. 'No Shows' to the event will be charged the full registration fee.
Please note that registration fees do not include insurance to cover loss of any fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the event or through cancellation of the event itself. A full refund will be issued if the event is cancelled by the organiser (CSA) due to any reasons out of the organisers control.
