Compass is focused on leader formation, where God’s vision for life is explored, and where a biblical imagination is fostered. Students are immersed in the Biblical story and encouraged to grapple with the culture in which we live.
At Compass we talk a lot about story. The stories that shape us. The stories we live out of. We don’t jump straight to the “how to” of leadership. We start with the premise that we live and lead out of story.
Our hope is that as students are soaked in the Biblical story and its vision for life, and as they consider how they are invited to participate in God’s unfolding story, that they might be inspired in their leadership at school and the opportunities they have across their lifetime.
That they may become leaders who: Know the Gospel; Know their Culture; and who have the ability to engage with culture to bring life, creativity and blessing to our world.”
