Compass - Leadership & Spiritual Formation Training

Through the biblical themes of creation, fall and redemption, our students will be encouraged to wrestle with how their life and faith connect

This in-person event, hosted by Swan Christian Education Association, is for your future student leaders.

Through the Biblical themes of creation, fall and redemption, students will be encouraged to wrestle with how their faith and life connect.

During the Student Leader's Conference, we'll inspire you to:

  • think deeply about the big questions of life
  • grapple with the depth and beauty of the biblical story, and
  • challenge yourself on how you think and what you think

Students will recognise that we all lead ourselves out of some narrative - some framework of belief. Then genuine, people-impacting leadership will emerge authentically out of a life grounded in scripture. Taking responsibility for this grounding is the essence of self-leadership and the foundation of kingdom influence.

Staff are encouraged to attend with student to deepen their insight into the formation of young leaders.

"Compass is an invaluable program to help Christian Student leaders clarify insights and find support to successfully navigate their faith" Rod McNeil - Principal
