Principals & Leaders SALT Retreat

Plan to join us now as all Principals and Leaders come together for our annual SALT retreat, with guest speaker, Dr. Matt Kutz.

The 2024 CSA QLD Principals' and Leaders' Retreat has been planned as a transformative experience designed to strengthen your leadership within the context of Christian education. Led by esteemed leadership expert Matt Kutz, the 5 sessions will seek to integrate the principles of contextual intelligence with a Christian worldview to equip school Principals and leaders with the tools needed for effective and purpose-driven leadership.

In each specialised workshop, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, exploring the intersection of leadership excellence and Christian values. Matt Kutz will provide practical insights and strategies for navigating the unique challenges faced by Christian school leaders, fostering a leadership approach grounded in faith, compassion, and service.

Through interactive sessions, case studies, and collaborative discussions, participants will delve into the application of contextual intelligence within the context of Christian education. The sessions will address key aspects such as decision-making, communication, and building a values-driven school culture. Matt Kutz will guide participants in further developing leadership skills that align with the mission and ethos of Christian schools, fostering an environment where both educators and students can thrive spiritually, academically, and socially.

Whether you are a seasoned Christian school Principal or a leader aspiring to take on greater responsibilities, the 2024 CSA QLD Principals' and Leaders' Retreat offers a unique blend of leadership expertise and Christian principles. Elevate your leadership impact within the realm of Christian education, and inspire positive change in your school community through purposeful and faith-driven leadership.
